Following are details on the accommodations arrangements at the Elite Palace Hotel for the Stockholm Summit.
The LAM Treatment Alliance will be covering the single room charges for attendees on February 24, 25 & 26. We have blocked out a number of rooms and included some double rooms for those attendees who have traveling companions. The Elite Palace will charge an additional 194 SEK ($28) for the double occupancy room and requires a credit card upon reservation for the supplement. The Elite Palace has also extended a special discount for attendees wishing to book additional nights before or after the Summit. This rate is
795 Kroner ($117 USD) for Friday and 1144 Kroner ($168 USD) for the
weekday rate.
You will need to contact the Elite Palace no later than February 9th in order to confirm what type of room you would like to reserve for the nights of the Summit and to add the additional nights or double room charges if you choose to extend your stay. Please refer to the confirmation code KARO 070224. The Elite Palace may want a credit card # to secure the additional night's reservation.
Ground Transportation Information:
Airport Coach to Stockholm City
The LAM Treatment Alliance will reimburse transportation from Arlanda airport to the Elite Palace Hotel via Flygbussarna Airport Coach service. The cost is 89 SEK (approx $13) one way and a small discount is offered when purchasing a round trip to be used on the return.
The coaches leave every 10th or 15th min on the hour from the airport.

Buy the ticket at the office in the Arlanda arrival hall. The bus station is right outside the arrival hall. The coaches leave from the terminal, heading towards Stockholm City. Get off at Norra Stationsgatan – the sign inside the coach 'Na stationsgatan', or just ask the driver. Walk in the same direction as the coach was traveling and on the same street, 50m up is the Elite Palace Hotel on the right side.
